1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RankForge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and DMCA & Trademark Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Services

RankForge provides informational content, recommendations, and gaming boosting and coaching services across multiple titles including League of Legends, Valorant, CS2, and others. Availability, completion times, pricing, and order eligibility may vary based on scope, region, queue conditions, and support capacity. RankForge reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Rank boost delivery & LP variance

Rank boost orders are scoped and priced around normal LP gain and loss for your queue and rank bracket. Game matchmaking can occasionally cause a single loss to cost significantly more LP than usual — for example, losing a promotion series can demote you a full division instead of a typical loss. RankForge's delivery guarantee treats any single abnormal loss like the LP you'd usually lose from one loss (around 25 LP), for scope purposes, regardless of the actual LP lost. Any additional LP deficit caused by one abnormal loss beyond that is not covered under the original order price or delivery guarantee, and completing it may require an additional charge, which support will quote before any extra work begins.

4. Game publisher terms & account risk

Certain services offered by RankForge — including rank boosting — may conflict with the Terms of Service of game publishers such as Riot Games. By purchasing such a service, you expressly acknowledge that you are aware of this risk and accept full responsibility for any consequences, including account suspension, rank reset, or ban issued by the relevant publisher. RankForge accepts no liability for publisher-side account actions.

No compensation for account bans: RankForge does not offer refunds, credits, or any other form of compensation if your account is banned, suspended, or penalised by a game publisher during or after the delivery of a boosting service. This risk is inherent to the nature of boosting and is accepted in full by you at the time of purchase.

5. Orders and payments

By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that all account, region, and contact details are accurate, current, and complete. Payment must be received before work begins unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. You remain solely responsible for reviewing the final order summary before checkout. RankForge reserves the right to cancel orders that contain inaccurate or fraudulent information.

6. User responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, impersonate other users, or submit unlawful content. Where a service requires account access, you are responsible for securing your own credentials and enabling any requested safeguards. You agree not to circumvent any service controls, account protections, or checkout requirements.

7. Post-delivery account security

Once your order is completed, you should change your account password and any other credentials shared during the boost. Legitimate booster communication only occurs through the order chat on the RankForge site — RankForge boosters are prohibited from contacting customers outside of the platform. Do not accept friend requests, direct messages, or any other form of contact from a booster outside of RankForge; any such contact does not represent RankForge and should be reported to support immediately. RankForge boosters will never request account access outside of an active, paid order.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you experience an issue, you must contact support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting RankForge may result in account suspension and dispute documentation being submitted to your payment provider.

9. Intellectual property

All original content on this website — including written guides, design elements, and branding — is the property of RankForge or its licensors. Game trademarks referenced on this site remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, please refer to our DMCA & Trademark page.

10. Content and external links

Outbound links and third-party platforms are provided for convenience only. External providers maintain their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, and fulfillment responsibilities. RankForge is not responsible for third-party content, conduct, or service availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, any service disruption, account penalties issued by third-party publishers, or any loss of data or opportunity. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction if negotiation fails.

13. Changes to these terms

RankForge reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
